A Belgian holding company, wholly owned by Compagnie du Bois Sauvage.

In December 2008, the Company decided to simplify the structure of the Group and to regroup the Group’s two main entities (Neuhaus SA and Jeff de Bruges SA) directly under the same company currently named Neuhaus Holding.
