NEUHAUS

The famous Belgian maker of top-of-the-range chocolate products and confectionery.

In 2009, the Neuhaus Group achieved a 3% turnover increase to more than EUR 105 million and its profits were up 20%. The Neuhaus brand is sold in more than 20 proprietary shops and is represented in more than 40 countries and 50 airports. Jeff de Bruges has extended its distribution network to more than 75 proprietary shops and now has more than 250 franchises, most of which are in France. The opening of new sales outlets, constant productivity improvements, and reduction in overheads are the basis of these increased earnings.

In 2009, Neuhaus migrated successfully to the SAP IT platform and has continued to create new chocolates. Jeff de Bruges has relocated its operational centre to a new building that is better adapted to continuous growth.
