With the purpose of rationalization, efficiency and clarity, the regrouping of the difference companies have led to a group with a simple structure, that consists today of two levels.

The Compagnie Mobiliere & Fonciere du Bois Sauvage is the center of gravity in the group, including:
-participations in listed companies
-subsidiaries in sectors like service, real estate and industry
-minority participations in sectors like industry, finance and real estate.

This sector diversification is combined with a geographical diversification; up till this day, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United States of America, France, Germany and Denmark are the countries in which the company has invested.
