In accordance with its strategy, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has taken a participation of 3% in the listed Belgian company TESSENDERLO.

 

This investment is carried out through the company PARFINA, wholly owned subsidiary.

 

In agreement with the management of TESSENDERLO, this acquisition aims at ensuring the company a stable shareholder base and at supporting the development of the current strategies.

 

The Company invested EUR 20 million in PARFINA, which obtained a banking loan for the same amount. The investment in TESSENDERLO is of EUR 24,2 million, the balance being invested in COFINIMMO.
