commerci\u00eble-activiteitenparken in Europa. Het fonds wordt gepromoot door <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mitiska-reim.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mitiska Reim<\/a>. De portefeuille van FRI\u00b2 bestaat uit 62 eigendommen (waaronder de reeds verkochte) met een totale bruto-huuroppervlakte van 850.000 m. Van deze portefeuille werden al 37 eigendommen, met een totale bruto-huuroppervlakte van 313.500 m, tot op heden verkocht.<\/p><p>De resterende activa van FRI\u00b2 vormen een solide, gediversifieerde pan-Europese portefeuille. Van de resterende 25 investeringen zijn er zes value-add verwervingen. En vier bevinden zich nog in de ontwikkelingsfase. Deze vier ontwikkelingen en zes value-add projecten zijn goed op weg om extra waarde te creeren via kapitaalgroei.
