BeLux Offices<\/a> is een vastgoedvennootschap die actief is in de sector van kantoorgebouwen in Belgi\u00eb en Luxemburg. Een van haar doelen is de energiezuinigheid van de verworven gebouwen verbeteren. Het fonds is nu volledig belegd. De bezetting van kantoorruimte in Brussel en het GH Luxemburg trok in 2025 niet significant aan ten opzichte van 2024, dat heel laag lag. Door het uitstel van de verhuisbeslissingen en de hoge inrichtingskosten bleef de take-up structureel onder druk staan. Fidentia Belux slaagde er wel in om een aantal huurovereenkomsten af te sluiten in deze moeilijke markt, voornamelijk met bestaande huurders in Belgi\u00eb en met nieuwe huurders in het GH Luxemburg. De waarde van de portefeuille, zoals vastgesteld door een onafhankelijk deskundige, is licht gestegen, voornamelijk dankzij de voortgang van de werkzaamheden aan het Oasis-project (Trierstraat 45 in Brussel) en de afgesloten huurovereenkomsten voor het Buzz-gebouw in Leudelange (GH Luxemburg). In 2025 heeft de beleggingsmarkt onvoldoende liquiditeit gevonden om de verkoop van het vastgoed in het bezit van Fidentia mogelijk te maken.
