Investment in Atrya Group 13-12-2007

Matignon Investissement and Gestion, acting on behalf of Matignon Investissements 2 FCPR, and Compagnie du Bois Sauvage have decided to join forces within Matignon Développement to acquire 10% of the capital of the ATRYA Group (www.atrya.fr).

The ATRYA Group, founded in Alsace in 1980, manufactures and sells windows, doors and rolling shutters as well as a wide range of accessories and glazing products. The ATRYA Groups is one of the leading five European companies on its market and set up the first French distribution network in this sector.

From 20 windows a day in the beginning, ATRYA now has a daily production of more than 3,500 windows, doors and stores. It is represented in 20 European countries and has more than 220 customer advice and information areas in France and 200 partners in the rest of Europe.

The ATRYA Group has more than 1,500 employees in Europe. Almost half of them are employed on the Gundershoffen (Bas-Rhin) site where the company has its headquarters. ATRYA has fifteen production sites (8 in France, 3 in Germany, 1 in Switzerland, 1 in Belgium, 1 in Spain and 1 in China).

The ATRYA Group generated a turnover of EUR 270 million in 2006. Over the last 8 years, turnover has increased by 15% a year on average in a context of profitable growth.
