INTRINSIC VALUE

• Intrinsic value amounts to EUR 543.7 per share on December 31, 2023 compared to EUR 558 on December 31, 2022.

DIVIDEND

• Proposed gross dividend of EUR 8.20 per share compared to EUR 8.00 per share in 2022.
