Compagnie du Bois Sauvage's investments

Compagnie du Bois Sauvage is a long-term heritage investor that concentrates its resources on a limited number of holdings organized around three clearly identified areas: Chocolate, Real Estate, and Investments via private equity funds, which are set to gradually replace direct industrial holdings. (cfr Investment chart – in French)

The Chocolate division is the strategic core of the Group and its main driver of value creation. The Real Estate division is focused on long-term asset stability, with a disciplined and self-financed approach. The Investments division, through private equity funds, aims to strengthen the diversification and liquidity of the portfolio, gradually replacing direct industrial holdings and listed investments.

True to its DNA, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage actively supports the management teams of the companies in which it invests, participating in the definition of their strategic orientations and supporting their development with a long-term perspective.
