Cie du Bois Sauvage : Compagnie du Bois Sauvage renews its board of directors and replaces its chairman
At the Annual Meeting on April 26th, 4 new directors were appointed to the Board of Directors of Compagnie du Bois Sauvage.
After serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2020, Mrs. Valérie Paquot has decided to step down as Chairman.
During the meeting on June 2nd, the newly formed Board of Directors appointed Mr. Hubert Olivier as their new Chairman. Previously Chairman of the French group OCP and Leadership Team member of Mc Kesson Europe, Mr. Hubert Olivier has been a member of Compagnie du Bois Sauvage’s Board of Directors since April 2015.
