Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has reached an agreement for the sale of its entire 27% stake in Recticel to the family company Greiner. The completion of this transaction is subject to certain conditions.

The purchase price has been set at EUR 13.50 per share after post dividend of EUR 0.26 per share, giving an aggregate value of EUR 203.8 million for the entire stake. The completion of this sale will generate a capital gain of EUR 102.2 million in the consolidated financial statements of Compagnie du Bois Sauvage as at 31/12/2020 and of EUR 42 million compared to its intrinsic value as at the same date.
